Product Overview

F-RT103 is a 3-axis integrated intelligent sensing device that synchronously collects 3D inclination, acceleration, vibration amplitude and frequency. It embeds a temperature measurement unit for automatic temperature drift compensation, and judges the validity of inclination measurement based on vibration data. Equipped with standard Modbus RS485 bus and a low-power aluminum alloy IP68 sealed housing, it fits structural monitoring scenarios combining static & dynamic conditions. A single sensor outputs deformation and vibration data simultaneously, reducing the quantity of field sensors deployed as well as supporting power supply and wiring costs.

Key Features

Simultaneous inclination + vibration monitoring to achieve precise collection under both static and dynamic working conditions; vibration data assists in judging the reliability of inclination measurement;

Ultra-wide ±90° inclination range suitable for low & large deformation scenarios, with measurement precision up to 0.005° for small-angle measurement;

Built-in temperature sensor for automatic compensation, temperature drift controlled below 0.01° across full temperature range for long-term stable readings;

Ultra-low overall power consumption, operating current less than 5mA at 12V, compatible with solar-powered field monitoring stations;

Isolated RS485 industrial bus with universal Modbus protocol, directly connectable to data loggers, DTUs and industrial control terminals;

Robust circuit protection supporting ±60kV ESD protection & 600W lightning surge protection plus built-in reverse power protection, not easy to damage outdoors;

Sandblasted oxidized aluminum alloy housing with IP68 fully sealed dustproof & waterproof rating, stably operating within -40~+85℃ wide temperature range;

Comes with standard L-shaped brackets and stainless steel fasteners for rapid fixation on walls, steel structures and concrete surfaces.

Applications

Online monitoring of static & dynamic deformation and vibration for slopes, foundation pits, bridges, dams, tunnels, building towers & mechanical equipment

Q1 Multiple sensors paralleled on the bus, one device has no data, how to troubleshoot?

A Check wiring, supply voltage and serial communication parameters in sequence, confirm no duplicate Modbus address conflict among each device.

Q2 The read inclination value is obviously abnormal, how to handle?

A If abnormality persists after eliminating wiring and power supply faults, internal sensor circuit failure is confirmed and the device needs to be returned to factory for maintenance.

Q3 What practical functions do vibration data have?

A Real-time vibration signals can verify whether inclination readings are disturbed by vibration, distinguish static deformation from instantaneous vibration, and improve the credibility of monitoring data.
