Product Overview

The F9164 is an integrated industrial remote telemetry unit (RTU) developed by FourFaith Xiamen IoT. It integrates six core capabilities: data acquisition, display, storage, control, alarm and multi-link wireless transmission. Equipped with an industrial-grade 32-bit communication processor and embedded real-time operating system, it supports official communication protocols for hydrology and water resources.

The unit features a 4.3-inch local touch screen and a full range of interfaces. It can connect to various sensing devices including water level sensors, flow sensors, water quality sensors, rainfall gauges and cameras. Widely deployed in unattended field monitoring scenarios such as water conservancy, water supply, geological disaster prevention and urban waterlogging monitoring, it supports both local and remote dual maintenance.

Q1: How to choose between auto-report mode and compatible mode?

A: Select auto-report mode for solar-powered field stations. The device connects to the network only during reporting with extremely low sleep power consumption. Choose compatible mode for scenarios requiring real-time polling and continuous monitoring by the platform; the device stays permanently online with higher power consumption.

Q2: How to export and save historical monitoring data?

A: Connect a PC to the device via RS232 serial port with supporting configuration software. Read data stored in the onboard 32MB memory and export to Excel spreadsheets with one click. The device can store complete monitoring records for up to 10 years.

Q3: What remote configuration and upgrade methods does the device support?

A: It supports remote parameter delivery via water conservancy platforms and configuration through SMS AT commands from mobile phones. Remote firmware upgrade adopts TCP/UDP resume transmission; dedicated SMS commands can also trigger the upgrade process.
