Radar Water Level Meter Bluetooth Setup Guide

Radar Water Level Meter Bluetooth Setup Guide

The FourFaith Radar Water Level Meter features built-in Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) for app-based configuration. This guide walks you through the entire setup process in 10 minutes.

Prerequisites

  • FourFaith Radar Water Level Meter (any model with BLE)
  • Smartphone with iOS 13+ or Android 8+
  • FourFaith Toolbox app (download from App Store or Google Play)

Step 1: Power Up

Connect the sensor to a 9-24V DC power source. The blue status LED will blink slowly when ready (about 5 seconds after power-on).

Step 2: Pair via BLE

Open the FourFaith Toolbox app, tap 'Add Device' → 'Radar Sensor'. The app will scan for nearby devices — your sensor's serial number will appear within 3 meters.

Step 3: Configure Parameters

Set the following key parameters: measurement range (0-30m or 0-70m), output type (Modbus/4-20mA), measurement interval (1-60s), and tank/river profile if needed.

Step 4: Test Reading

Hold a flat object 1m below the sensor and verify the reading matches. The app shows real-time data and signal quality (RSSI).

Step 5: Save & Deploy

Tap 'Save' to persist configuration. The sensor is now ready for field installation. No need to climb towers for parameter changes — just re-pair from ground level.
